In line with Noosa Shire Council, Stayz, and the Holiday Code of Conduct, this property has a strict no-party & no-events policy and is not available to young groups or schoolies.
Council regulations limit occupancy to a maximum of 2 guests per bedroom.
Please be respectful of our neighbours by keeping outdoor noise to a minimum and observing quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am.

Cleaning fee of $125 per stay applies. Cleaning fee is not included in the above prices however it will be included in your total holiday price.
For example if the low season weekly rate is $1235, the total price quoted on booking will be $1360. ($1235 + $125 cleaning fee)

A $600 pre-authorisation for a damage deposit will be charged 1 day prior to your stay. The funds will remain in your account but will be frozen until 5 days after check out. In the event of damage to the property or failure to leave the house in a reasonable state the damage deposit will be charged.
