Payment Schedule
50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €370 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 5 days after departure

Cleaning fee of $125 per stay applies. Cleaning fee is not included in the above prices however it will be included in your total holiday price.Â
For example if the low season weekly rate is $1235, the total price quoted on booking will be $1360. ($1235 + $125 cleaning fee)

A $600 pre-authorisation for a damage deposit will be charged 1 day prior to your stay. The funds will remain in your account but will be frozen until 5 days after check out. In the event of damage to the property or failure to leave the house in a reasonable state the damage deposit will be charged.
